Care4All Children Services strives to hire the best possible candidates to fill all available positions. Openings are routinely published on the agency’s website. Once a candidate is selected for employment he/she undergoes several hours of in-house trainings tailored to the position for which they are hired. There is a mandatory 6 months probationary period for all new employees. After 6 months the employee undergoes an evaluation. The outcome of the evaluation determines whether the employee remains with the agency.

Care4All Children Services provides opportunities for interns who may need school credit. Interns are held to the same standards as regular employees thereby giving them quality experience in the care of children in foster care.
