Veronica Guobadia – M.S., is the Founder and CEO of Care4All
Children Services, a Georgia foster care agency and Care4All
Community Care, a Georgia home health care agency which
provides in home services to community residents.
Mrs. Guobadia is a Chicago native by way of Tennessee. She
holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Tennessee
State University in Nashville, as well as a Master of Science in
Business Administration with an emphasis in Public Services
Management from Cumberland University in Lebanon,
Tennessee.
