Smart Guobadia is the CFO and co-founder of Care4All Children Services and Care4All Community Care. Educated in Nigeria, he is well traveled and successful in several business ventures. He is currently the Vice President of Simcol Petroleum and other business interests. With over 23 years of Social Work Experience and 18 years of agency ownership, a keen mind and focus in business management, Smart is fully committed to the cause of providing services to the less capable among us.

Veronica Guobadia - M.S., is the Founder and CEO of Care4All Children Services, a Georgia foster care agency and Care4All Community Care, a Georgia home health care agency which provides in home services to community residents. Mrs. Guobadia is a Chicago native by way of Tennessee. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Tennessee State University in Nashville, as well as a Master of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Public Services Management from Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Letetia Humphries is the RD Supervisor Letetia Humphries! Letetia Humphries is a Social Services professional with over 20 years in both State of Georgia and State of Ohio in Child and Family service work.  As a certified CPS and Foster Care Program Administrator, she adds 5 plus years’ experience in Non-Profit/ CPA organizations, including former Care4All Regional Director- College Park location.  She has completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and is finishing her Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology in May 2023. A recently Certified Project Manager and has received many awards and special recognitions from the State of Georgia DHS DFCS. She is a mother of 3 adult children, Alexis, Teresa, and Kameron. She enjoys time with family, outdoor activities and learning through the gift of reading and communication.

Tamara Smith

Tamara Smith

My name is Tamara Smith, and I am originally from North Carolina. I have been in Georgia for 8 years. I moved here to have more professional growth opportunity that was not available in my hometown. I have been in the Social Work field for the past 14 years. I have a Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and Substance Abuse. My undergraduate degree is in Sociology. I am currently working towards getting my LMSW license to increase my earning potential in the future. I am a mother of three children aged 12, 10 and 5. I have been at Care4All Children Services for over a year as a Therapeutic Support Specialist. I truly enjoy my position, my colleagues, and the overall work environment at the agency. I plan to continue to learn and grow as I contribute to the agency’s success and longevity. I look forward to gaining additional knowledge, getting certifications and continuing my education to better aid me as a proficient and professional Social Worker.

Drina Wilson

Drina Wilson

Drina Wilson is a Florida native by way of Fort Lauderdale. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida., as well as a Master of Science in Conflict Resolution/ Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, Continue working with children and adults as a Counselor. Her ultima goal is to become a Trainer and Quality Assurance Personnel. Ms. Wilson gained a wealth of knowledge from interfacing with different jobs in Florida and Georgia. I have been a Case manager, a Counselor, Supervisor, and a Medicaid provider, Trainer, and a Quality Assurance Personnel. Ms. Wilson has over 15 years of experience working with children and adults with a history of trauma, abuse, mental illness, and disabilities. Diamond Enlow

Diamond Enlow

Diamond Enlow is originally from East St. Louis, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Jackson State University. She’s an Air Force veteran and a member of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. Diamond has 3 years of foster care within Georgia’s DFCS and other private fostering agencies. Diamond serves as a Recruiting Licensing, and Training Coordinator.

From 2000 to 2012, Kesia served youth and children in foster care as a foster parent. Kesia Sheard has two years of Social Services experience. In February of 2022, Kesia joined the Care4All Team as a continuation of serving one of the most vulnerable of Georgia’s population, foster children. Kesia is a graduate of Walden University with a Bachelor of Social Work, as well as a Master of Social Work. Kesia is the Case Support Supervisor for Care4All Children Services.

Carla Simms

Carla Simms

Carla Simms has 25 years of Social Services experience. From 1993 to 2015, Carla has served in numerous roles with the Division of Family & Children Services, social services outreach to adults with developmental disabilities. In 2017, Carla joined the Care4All Team as a continuation of serving one of the most vulnerable of Georgia’s population, foster children. Carla is a graduate of Fort Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. She’s a wife , a mother, a sister and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She enjoys spending time with family, sporting events and gardening.

Michael A. Richardson

Michael A. Richardson received his Bachelor of Science with a Major in Business Management and a Minor in Africana Studies. Mr. Richardson has been married for 15 years and has 3 children. Mr. Richardson is the Founder and CEO of Jubilee Harvest International Church and the Jubilee Global Harvest Network of Churches & Ministries. Mr. Richardson has over 15 years of experience working with Adults and Children in Social Work and 33 years of Christian Ministry.
