Veronica Guobadia received her Master of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Public Services Management from Cumberland University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Tennessee State University. Mrs. Guobadia has been married for 25+ years and
has three children. Mrs. Guobadia is the Co-Founder and CEO of Care4All Children Services, and Care4All Community Care. She has over 21 years of experience working in social services with Adults and Children.
Regional Director – Lawrenceville
Carla Simms has 25 years of Social Services experience. From 1993 to 2015, Carla has served in numerous roles with the Division of Family & Children Services, social services outreach to adults with developmental disabilities. In 2017, Carla joined the Care4All Team as a continuation of serving one of the most vulnerable of Georgia’s population, foster children. Carla is a graduate of Fort Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. She’s a wife , a mother, a sister and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She enjoys spending time with family, sporting events and gardening.
Regional Director – College Park
I earned an MPA in Non-Profit Management from American International and I earned my BS in Human Service with a focus in Criminal Justice. I served as an Adjunct Professor at Springfield College where I taught a course in Domestic Violence. In addition I served as the Director of a transitional living program for survivors of domestic violence,pregnant and/or parenting teens where I worked for five years until relocating to Atlanta Georgia five years ago. Most recently, I served as a Program Director for a transitional living program and an independent living program.
Chief Financial Officer
Smart Guobadia is the CFO and co-founder of Care4All Children Services and Care4All Community Care. Educated in Nigeria, he is well traveled and successful in several business ventures. He is currently the Vice President of Simcol Petroleum and other business interests. With over 23 years of Social Work Experience and 18 years of agency ownership, a keen mind and focus in business management, Smart is fully committed to the cause of providing services to the less capable among us.
HR Executive Assistant
Toni Fleming-McCauley has over 25 years of Administrative experience in Early Childhood education, ensuring the well-being and providing the educational guidance for children from birth to 12 years old. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Child Development from University of Memphis and a Masters in Business Administration. The past 15 years have afforded her the opportunity to direct two government funded programs; Department of Education and Early Head-Start for children from birth to 5 years. Her strong leadership and organizational skills is a true asset to the Care4All Team.
Care4All Community Care Program Coordinator
Tiffanie worked with On My Watch Agency out of Athens, GA as a care coordinator/case manager in the field before coming to Care4All. Before switching gears to dealing with elderly/disabled care, Tiffanie worked for the state of Georgia for 10 plus years as a case manager for DFCS in OFI and then as an Establishment/Enforcement Agent in Child Support. She attended Mercer University for both of her degrees – a B.S. in Social Science in 2005 and then an M.S. in Human Services in 2015. Tiffanie is very family oriented and loves spending time with her immediate family going on international trips and having family gatherings. She has been married to her spouse, Marshall, since 2005.
